Ingredients

| 2 | pcs. | Pointed sea cucumber (100 heads) |
| 4 | pcs. | Firm beancurd |
| 4 | pcs. | Shitake mushrooms |
| 4 | pcs. | Baby cabbage |
| 100 | gr. | Carrot |
| 300 | ml. | Abalone sauce |
| SEASONING | ||
| ½ | tsp. | Dried sole powder |
| 6 | tbsp. | Superior stock |
| 1 | tsp. | Oyster sauce |
| 1 | tsp. | Dark soya sauce |
| ½ | tsp. | Sugar |
| dash | Pepper powder | |
| 2 | tsp. | Potato starch |
Preparation
- Braised abalone, sea cucumber and black mushrooms until tender. Soaked in its sauces.
- Cut carrots into matchstick sizes, stuff into the stem of baby cabbage as garnish.
- Cut firm tofu into appropriate size as shown, deep-fry in hot oil till crispy. Braised in abalone sauce from number one.
- Sautéed baby cabbage, plate all ingredients as shown, thickens abalone sauce with some potato starch, pour over and serve immediately.
