The “POD”  is a “must have” design in the restaurant. The concept of the pod is that of a piece of “jade” embedded in the rough stone wall. It is constructed from glass and stainless steel patterns. To block views of the operating area, motif patterns are gradually incorporated onto the upper and lower sections of glass. The middle section is transparent glass, for show-case display purposes. The border line of sand-blasted and clear glass from the ground is 950mm. The partial clear glass style is for Beggar’s Chicken, Dim Sum, Claypot or BBQ show kitchens. When displaying the Soup show kitchen, the entire glass panel will always be transparent.

Alternately, the POD can be used as a tea display or wine cellar.
